TITLE
The Impact of Workplace Incivility on Employee Well-Being

PURPOSE
The purpose of this study is to explore the social dynamics within the workplace and the effect they have on an individual’s well-being.
PROCEDURES
This study involves taking a survey on Qualtrics. The survey will take you through a series of questions regarding your experiences in the workplace and your well-being. The study can be done on any device and should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
INCLUSION CRITERIA
To participate in this study, you must be 18 years or older AND have been employed with your current organization for at least 6 months.
POTENTIAL RISKS
There are no known risks to participating in this study.
POTENTIAL BENEFITS
There is no benefit to participating in this study.
INCENTIVES AND COMPENSATION
There is no compensation for participating in this study.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your participation in this study is completely anonymous. No identifying information, including your name, will be collected at any point. By pressing 'I consent' you agree to participate in the study, and your responses will remain confidential.
PARTICIPANT RIGHTS
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and you may refuse to participate. If you agree to participate, you have the right to stop at any time or skip any questions you prefer to not answer with no penalty.
