 3. Meet the additional requirements of: Having a government-issued driver’s license in any country. Currently operate or have operated a Third Generation Toyota Prius model between 210-2015.

 If you agree to take part in this study, you will be asked to complete a quick online survey/questionnaire. This survey/questionnaire will ask about This questionnaire is comprised of 13 Questions and may take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, though feel free to take as long as you might need to as this is not timed in any way.

You will NOT be asked any questions that may pertain to or hint at/allude to sensitive issues. Likewise, the survey will not collect any sensitive or confidential information from participants, including but not limited to IP addresses, location information, and other personal identifying information. There is no compensation for completing this research, and this study is completely voluntary.
