As part of our Master of Public Health (MPH) Program at San José State University, we are conducting this survey to fulfill our graduate coursework in Quantitative Methods and to better understand how to collect, interpret, and summarize primary data.

This survey will assess the link between social media use and mental health. The survey comprises 22 questions (demographic, stress, and mental health). No prior knowledge is needed. The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
